I've made the offer before, but if you are having trouble with a photo host, you can email te photo to me at edgekayak@hfx.andara.com (first give the photo a useful name, with no spaces), and us the link:

http://24.222.232.245/board_images/[insert photoname.jpg or gif or whatever]

and I'll drop it into my home server. I don't want to offer ftp (never know what someone might post pictures of...), but I can usually have a photo up in a few seconds, or just email it to me ahead of time!
