Thank's for the offer. Since I do not know the size of your seat maybe you can measure where your butt dimples are located (on the kayak seat of course). And if you are really looking for a project where is your centre of gravity? I determined mine by balancing my boat on a sawhorse. I am hoping to hear back from Vaclav on the CG issue.

I am carving my own mini cell seat and will do the same trick with the velcro as you have so that I can move the seat about until I find the best position. Do you move the seat based on water conditions or loading of the boat?
