Hi guys -

ALL swede hull form boats tend to balance for carrying towards the front of the cockpit. That's because the hull design puts the kayaker's center of balance, when you're in it on the water, further back, so the cockpit is actually a bit farther aft with a swede hull form than other designs. That's REALLY apparent if you look at Joe's Redfish King or look at the pics of the Mariners on the Mariner site. Nothing wrong with the design, just the way it works out on the swedeform boats.
