Hello All,

If I remember correct,

Pygmy recommends contact cement,
one layer to be let dry, then another layer to meet the layer on the back side of the velcroe.

I did it this way & never had any problems with it,
well, except NBS - Numb Butt Syndrom, but that's another story.

build less paddle more,
