I vote with Danny, block plane (but make sure you know how to sharpen it well or it is useless), ROS and also clamps all shapes sizes and types (cheapies are good but a couple of the trigger type one handed jobs are a great asset).
Then drills, fancy saws and so on. I asked the same question when I started my boat (just finishing up now) and of all the suggestions these 3 items were the best
