Man, I'm glad YOU wrote that and not me. My Carpal-Tunnel started getting numb just reading it.
Looks good. I've never set up two routers that way, so I may just try it. I have two identical 2hp Sears routers just sitting around filling with sawdust shavings and dust..
This could be built onto a good 8" square box beam, I would think, just to get the long ( needed ) infeed and outfeed tables/fences. Then use the beam for a strongback for the boat.
Thanks Rob for the rundown on setting this up.
