: Man, I'm glad YOU wrote that and not me. My Carpal-Tunnel started getting
: numb just reading it.

: Looks good. I've never set up two routers that way, so I may just try it. I
: have two identical 2hp Sears routers just sitting around filling with
: sawdust shavings and dust..

: This could be built onto a good 8" square box beam, I would think, just
: to get the long ( needed ) infeed and outfeed tables/fences. Then use the
: beam for a strongback for the boat.

: Thanks Rob for the rundown on setting this up.
: It should be saved to the Wiki for future reference...

I don't use infeed/outfeed tables with this set-up. All the featherboards
keep things aligned very well, and they also produce a lot of friction.
So I end up pushing the strip in one end and pulling through the other side.

If I used all B&C on my boats, I'd consider setting-up my power feed on the downstream
side to speed things up.

To reduce friction I'd suggest waxing the fence and router bases or using a
formica fence and wax. The featherboards will still provide enough friction
to keep you out of the missle program.

BTW, I set-up the bead cutter first in this tandem router set-up so the fragile
edges of the cove get milled and passed over the fence last.
