I can send you a copy my Visio files for the standard Guillemot. Supposedly Excel will not print to scale but Visio does. Visio printed plenty close enough to the proper scale on my laser and inkject printers.
I printed on legal sized paper and taped them together using reference markes in the drawings. It worked OK, but is a bit tedious. Nick says I can send you a copy if you have bought his book.
