Just build one under the carport and make the door away from the prevailing breezes, and apply some sort of portable heating device and lighting. I have two quartz-halogen lights on a stand that will light mine up like broad daylight, and two stands, one from each end would give you all the light you would need ( and a little heat - those suckers are HOT ).
Just walling in the carport would be easier, but if your area is very large it might be tough to heat it. Food for thought...
