Thanks so much for your timely post and link to the work you have been doing. I'm just about to do a complex deck hatch and sprayskirt coaming on a decked sailing canoe and your series of photos and well described procedures were very helpful.

Have a blast on the Green. It's certainly the right time of year to get on the water there. Are you going all the way down to Mineral Bottom or will you be flashing the route and ending up back at Moab?
