: To set this question up let me see if I can describe two situations: First
: take 2 pieces of 4mm plywood, place them on a flat table and pick up the
: ends so that the pieces are 45 degrees off of the table. The pieces meet
: in a V in the middle and the angle between them is 90 degrees.
: In this situation you can fillet the inside 90 degree angle with epoxy. There
: will also be a small triangle on the outside that you can fillet as well.
: You could also bevel the inside of both panels first so that they meet in the
: same way as before but the outside will be a "knife" edge and
: there will not be place for the outside fillet.
: It seems to me that not beveling is better since you can fillet the outside
: for more strength and even if you did have a "knife" edge you
: could not make the fiberglass wrap around it anyway.
: I am curious what others have done.

We slit the difference buy sanding the panels with sand paper on a wood block. If your panels meet with a perfect miter when you radious the outside chine the distance between the glass get very small if you don't fillet the inside. We went with small inside fillets.
