Your supposed to use 1 drop of beer to christen the boat and the rest to congratulate the builder.

: Although far from complete I could wait no further and launched the Cirrus on
: Saturday afternoon. First of course we had to christen the boat with home
: brew bottled Saturday morning. (Standing with me is my paddling buddy who
: is also a fisheries officer, he may be sending me a warning regarding
: deliterious substances entering fish habitat!).

: So far the boat is ~40#, magnetic hatches including a day hatch, carbon
: combing. Still to do: sanding of deck and hull, installing bungies and
: perimeter line, varnishing, carve GP.

: The stitching software is really meant for panoramas but works pretty well
: for this purpose.
