Sorry about the photo issue Patsy. Here's the trick:

Move you cursor over the little red X where the photo should be.
Click the right button on your mouse.
A grey box pops up, in the middle of which is URL address with a string of text.
Highlight this string, click copy.
Now open a brand new window of internet explorer.
Move your cursor to the home address that appears on the top of the screen.
Click and paste, this drops the address of the photo into the address bar of Internet Explorer.
Click GO in the menu bar.
Now Internet Explorer will go to the address where the photo is stored.
