The paddle is a take-apart "tendinitis special", the 3rd segment from left has been carelessly inverted, the black grip should be near the blade on the right.
The tendinitis had cured, but as such would work better with a 3 tubes shaft only. Made out of a cheap Sevylor paddle; the heavy plastic blades were ripped and okoumé blades mounted and riveted instead.
