The temperature here in Indiana is running between 50 & 65 degrees and I don’t have enough heat in my garage to fiberglass, so this is what I’m doing. I built this cheap tent for $7 of ½ half inch copper tubing and a paint drop cloth to help get the solar heat build up while keeping the bugs off. The plastic sheet can be partially lifted to glass a section and then spring clamped back into place. Each side of the top of the copper tubing is tied together by nylon string for extra roof support. The copper tubing inserts into drilled holes and the whole unit can be put on or taken off in a couple of minutes. This has worked better then I thought it would. I’m also using bias cut fiberglass cloth for the first time and am surprised how well it works in problem areas.
