I'm ALMOST done with my first frame. I've used hand tools with the exception of a power drill. It has been a very enjoyable experience, and I'm already thinking about what I'll build next. I used mostly Morris, but looked at the other books each step along the way. An added benefit is the sense of amazement that you will get from friends and family. Kids especially are fascinated as the frame starts taking shape.
