Dan,
This site lists only three places in Ohio that offer boat lumber.

Click on "wood and plywood information".
The only place in Ohio that shows BS1088 ply on their web-site is Homestead Hardwoods in Vickery (between Sandusky and Fremont). Haven't been there yet but will soon check it out for my winter time project.
