Station 6 (could be station 1, they are symetrical).
Such clamps are used for holding electrical tubing in house construction, concrete basements, etc.
This -German- brand is Fischer.
Brass screws were avoided, varnished steel being stronger.
Bronze perhaps would be a better option?
