i have finised shaping my greenland paddle. it only took a few hours, and looks and feels great.
i want to decorati it traditionally with bone tips.
is there a cut and species of bone that works best. whales are hard to come by in florida, unless i do some hunting at seaworld.
so i was thinking beef or pork, and body ever done this?
how do you attach them, or better yet how were they attached inthe olden days?
i could always use marine epoxy PC-11, the white stuff, but what fun is that?
what about colors, or artworks?
