Ought to be an interesting change of pace from the double.
I think you're just adding the lamination and fiberglass requirements so you can fulfill your daily dose of epoxy fumes requirement.
What are you shooting for on the beam?
Why laminate the ribs? Just to stay in practice? Seems an awful lot like work to me...
BTW, where did you get the gunwales?
