A lot of "unusual" approaches to boatbuilding show up on this site. It's obvious that the people offering these schemes haven't done enough preparation and have not considered the downsides.
Molding epoxy/'glass hulls is a backbreaker and one little mistake, like epoxying the hulls together, could make both boats junk.
In the hands of someone who has been thru' this procedure the project is do-able. I don't think it's something to cut your teeth on.
I foregot to tell you about the guy who wanted to heliarc a kayak out of aluminum because S&G was "too heavy". Never checked back with us. Wonder what happened.
