Thomas,it's obvious you want it but I must say your arguments are full of holes.
re-glassing will require the same space and tools as the construction.
I would't pay more than $400 from the description if I was in your shoes. But if money isn't the issue then get it and have fun. You give hope to other folks hoping to sell their first construction for enough money to get another one.
