Thanks for your suggestions last week.

I have decided to move the cockpit back about 2-3/8" (0.2 feet) which will trim the boat about 3/10th of a degree bow up...dropping the stern about 3/8" raising the bow about 1/2"...killing two birds with one stone.

This little excercise shows that there are lots of ways to change a boat to get desired results.

Now back to the computer to create the files for cutting kits and drawings for plans.
