Matt gave Al permission to build his Max from the section view in the Sea Kayaker review. I understand Matt was a little upset that Al also looked at a real Max to figure out his stems.

I paddled Al's Max and really enjoyed it. I think the King has much prettier lines for about the same performance. Al built his Max in about 1 month.

Jim, if you're interested in a woodstrip version of the Coaster, I would suggest you contact Matt Broze directly and hammer out some details.
