actually the guy who designs the kayaks doesn't build them or is the first to paddle them (if they are) before production,,the Ch14,sailrig,WR18, Sport Tandem,Pax18,20 were all built by employees,,that don't work there anymore. So leaving in a forming bulkhead intentionally that cuts the compartment in half is on par with other CLC anomalies in the past.
