I glued the deck to the hull after ensuring the deck was shaped uniformly and all patches were properly butted and aligned. Over the next few days I'll work on creating a smooth surface to prep it for glassing. I plan on glassing the entire deck to ensure a strong finished product. My goal is to have the deck glassed by the weekend. If it is too cold I'll move the rebuild into my mother's garage in order to keep things moving. That, of course, means I'll probably have to barter my time in exchange for using hte garage.

Today the temperature just got to 16 C so I was able to do the gluing outside. The garage felt like a freezer so working inside it was out of the question. I couldn't download the pictures today, Yahoo is being tempermental so I'll post them with the next report on the rebuild.
