So you're the guy who saved Dole! Without doubt then nanners are good things. But the things get crunched too easily in kayaks. Rikki found a really decent and concise website with links to the analysis of each food item:

Check out the avocado and those teeny little kiwis things for potassium, jeeez, I didn't know that. Hey I met a guy, the definition of the hobo, on this trip who had bicycled all over Alaska among other places. Pretty cool thing.
