I don't have Ben's level of experience, but I completely concurr with his assesment (for whatever that's worth). I always have mine in, but I'm pretty paranoid.

The instructions in Cunningham are very clear and consise.

I have pics from when I made mine recently up on my website if you think they might be useful to you.
