get this,,I did that Merganser 16 for a friend,,the hull with two layers of 4oz s-glass, the deck with two layers of 4oz e-glass. Based on previous experience that the s-glass shows a bit more,,,for some reason I did a better job doing the hull than the deck and the clearer e-glass came out with some tiny bubbles between the two layers. oh well. way tough and not too heavy.
