So, if the tent heats up during the day, I get home from work and apply epoxy, and the temp falls that night, possibly below curing temp, and heats up again the next day, outgassing will occur? How do you deal with fluctuations in temp during what may be long cure times? Does outgassing significantly weaken joins or is it mainly a cosmetic problem.

: Just be careful of outgassing. You want your maximum tempature to be reached
: before epoxying and then cooling off slowly as the epoxy cures. This will
: cause the epoxy to be sucked into the wood as it contracts. Outgassing is
: where the air in the wood is forced out through the epoxy as the wood
: expands with heat. This should be avoided since it will cause 1000's of
: little bubbles in the epoxy.
