When building a strip-built kayak, what are the most expensive aspects of the project. I am planning on cutting and milling my own strips, and I am doing my own lofting as well (I am not purchasing any plans) Without these two major costs, what are the most expensive things? Also, where is the best place to get epoxy/resin or fiberglass? Thanks for responding.
