Hi, Chris-
For me, the most expensive items were the glass/resin and the fitting out items (footpegs, seat, etc). I think that it's probably possible to control costs to a great degree, if you are willing to apply some elbow grease. There is a pretty wide range of cost for epoxies and cloths, and you could always make your own seat and footpegs. Have a blast building! Mike
