Hey Bruce! I just did the same thing in the last two days on a pirogue. I applied the epoxy over the fiberglass just before I went to work (afternoon shift), so I wasn't able to stay with it and squeegee the excess, or watch for bubbles as I normally do. The fiberglass was some old, ragged stuff, so that was part of the problem, but I think the real problem was excess epoxy, very slow epoxy, and the temperature drop we've been having here in Texas...from 85 to 65 or less at night. My bubbles are not large, but they are not outgassing bubbles. I simply cut them out, feathered them, and went on. Looking forward to seeing your wee lassie.
