I use the 1/2" x 1/8" magnets from Lee Valley. Real pleased with the installation on the King - they're spaced 5.5" apart on average. My installation for the King is documented at the link below. I also used them on my first boat (a Return) but I'm going to have to finish refitting them because of rust problems.
