Rob,

Did we ever get any more details on the incident? So far all I've heard is that they paddled out into an approaching storm and that they drowned. We can deduce the rest from reason, but I was wondering if any more details were available. Were these rental kayaks? What was the water temp versus air temp, and how were they dressed? Did the storm actually approach, or was it just rough seas? If they were rental kayaks were they given any briefing and PFD's, and did the rental place have the information nescessary to call off their trip, i.e. was this a forecast storm or a storm that gave clear signs of danger? I would assume from your earlier post that it was, but did they paddle out earlier in the day is what I mean?
