Hey, you know, that's a thought. You're is secure and doesn't leak? I'll see if Dave s interested. Everyone else is into the kits so...

: site at Shearwater Boats. They are incredibly secure and mine don't leak
: at all. I used very small wooden knobs for the closures and they are very
: unobtrusive, small and low enough so as to not be a hinderance during
: re-entrys etc. My deck is also peaked and the closure system nestles into
: the 'V' beautifully. I put a compression spring between the hatch and the
: closure bar that pops the hatch up eliminating the need for finger
: grooves. It's worth a look.
