I copyrighted some designs way back in the 60’s and from what I remember that I had to do at that time was to send in two 8x10 photo’s, one of the object and one photo close up of the International copyright with my name and date on the object and it’s position. Also, some type written descriptions of the object had to be sent in, size, date, composition, etc.. Just how much change from a design to establish a new design is where the problems lie’s and the amount of money it would take to pursue this.
