Most people that use hot glue use an external strongback. They strip and glass the whole boat then knock the forms loose with a hammer and a putty knife slipped between the deck and hull at the shear. They then slip the forms out through the cockpit. Since you used an internal strongback I expect they will be hard to remove since they are attached to the strongback. I would suggest glassing first, then using the hammer trick to separate the glassed sections from the forms.
