I'm pushing 300 lbs but without the size 17s and 6'7" frame. I'm looking into build a strip kayak too. While I can't speak to your feet and lenth needs, I think the 2 below handle the weight part. I imagine the long legs aren't as much of a problem as the big feet. I would imagine your long legs would just mean the front bulkhead gets moved up and maybe a bigger cockpit.
