PS - Ripped some padauk down to 1/8" without any problems. I used a 7 inch, narrow kerf blade with stabilizer plates and a zero clearance throat plate. Glued up a test panel with various strips (and pinstripes) and it looks great (see photo). I want to thank everyone who provided assistance and I particularly want to thank Nick for running this unbelievable bulletin board.
