I lke MAS too. I'm in the habit of buying RAKA, for the price and the results are excellent also.

glass strategy? I use 4 oz. everywhere except on the deck top where I use 2 oz. I double up with 2 oz on the bottom football and on the floor of the seating area. That's it. I don't pre-coat. I know I'm opening a can of worms here. I find no need for it. I get no bubbles and good wet out etc.

I like Newfound glass because it's a tried and true performer. Wets out great and has an open weave to avoid air entrapment. I preheat my glassing area 3 hrs before glassing and then lower the temperature which is standard procedure for everyone. This avioids gas bubbles from being squeezed out of the wood under the glass. You don't want to heat the area as you work or just before you start.
