thanks for the info, on the pigment too.

i have west marine in town, they have a brand manufactured by interlux.

the also have resonable prices on the pettit captains varnish.

but loes has the minwax helmsman spar polyurethane for 10/qt. does this work, or is varnish better?

what does SPAR mean?
