Not put off at all Sam, thanks everyone for the info. From what I had previously read and seen, the S-glass had wet out as clear as regular E-glass; not with the Ghosting that your test panel clearly shows. I am rethinking the use of the S-glass on the deck, will probably try it on the hull and see how things turn out.
