My panel mates don't have *exactly* the same bevels because I did that by eye. But now that I've stitched the hull, I can see they're not too bad. Today I will tighten all the stitches to get a better idea of (mis)alignment. So far, the boat actually looks straighter than my plastic 'yak, even with my imprecise beveling.

So you pulled all the wires and then re-stitched them, starting at the ends and working toward the middle? One stitch at a time, I assume? I was thinking of doing the same, because the stern end of the center hull panels will have to be clamped tight to bring them together. Also, it was difficult to wire in the bulkheads as instructed and the stern bulkhead wants to sit at what looks like a slight tilt and a tad off-center (the other things look fairly straight at this point). Both bulkheads were a little warped, not completely flat. Is this something to worry about? The kit instructions imply that the bulkheads give the boat its shape.
