Looks about ready to float... what wood did you use..? It looks like a pecan color with some pinkish highlighs...?? ( maybe it's my monitor..) Looks nice!

I've got a Merganser 17w waiting in the wings... sorta. I'm going to do a Hybrid deck and get my feet wet on stripping..

Mine will be 3mm Oak door skins for the hull as I got them super cheap. Then I will have to see what the color looks like and pick a good contrasting color for the deck. If the hull looks bad enough I might just paint it and use whatever I have on the deck...

Looking forward to seeing it on the water...
