It will be interesting to see the low deck Celeste, I loved the hull shape but the deck was a bit higher then I would have liked. Sounds like the Celeste Special has the best of both worlds.

I'm currently working on a Night Heron Greenland Deck and was only able to do 2-3 strips a day. This was with doing about 1hr before work and 1.5 - 2hrs after, but I did it the hard way without cove and bead and mainly staple less. With steady progress the stripping soon gets done. At the moment I am struggling with glassing the hull and deck, I'm having epoxy / glass compatibility problems so have had to strip the glass off and redo it all.

Burnt out the bushes in my saw, but it did a good job on the strips. The tarp work shelter is holding up. I just hope the landlord doesn't want to do any more work on the backyard until the yak is finished.

Do you have any pics of building the Celeste? Look forward in meeting you at the symposium.
