The foam went flat because I had done good time BEFORE the trip and didn't realise it should have been replaced. Also, I'm a lot heavier than I was when I build the VJ. I'm getting a case of bigbum-bosis and it's getting worse because I'm paddling instead of running. Middle Age! You can't live with it, you can't live without it! Hmmm, sounds familliar, doesn't it.
