Waters Dancing has the Lightning 17, or for something a little wider, the Solace 18XL. The Lightning 17 has a beam of 24 inches, stable for a big guy. The Solace 18XL has a bigger beam of something like 25-26 inches for bigger guys. Take a look at the link below. Email Donnie to get the exact numbers. I paddled a Solace 18EX (22-inch beam) and found it "very" stable for something so narrow. I would imagine the Solace 18XL is even more stable and is probably what you are looking for.
