Do a search on kayak or kayaking ergometer. There should be several
manufacturers listed. If you have a Concept II rowing machine, a company
called Vermont Waterways ( see link ) makes kayak and canoe ergometers that
fits on the Concept II. I think it costs about $700.00 and the Concept II is
about $800.00. The rowing machine is a great workout also. No matter what you
buy, it's going to be expensive.
The attched pic shows a kayak machine that I used for several years It was
custom made in Holland, and a friend let me borrow it. I tried to buy it from
him several times, but no go. Great workout. That's a Concept II in the
foreground.
