I can't believe my ears, er, eyes. What? Too cold? Roland! Roland! Roland!!! The "new" paddling season is upon us. The mighty canadian paddlers are just gettin' started. Ice, I swirl it in my slushy beer to cool it off after a hearty paddle amongst the ice floes of the wimpy North Saskatchewan. Give me ice or give me ahotbeachnearWoodiswithapinacoladaservedbythosehotwaitressesMalcolmalwaysteasesmewith. Heck, I'll take both, the icy paddle first, though. It ain't over 'till you can't make headway against the ice. Keep the season long, Bro! I'll be on the river tomorrow afternoon. I'll post pictures and do some kind of write-up.

When things do get locked up in ice, it would be the responsible act by our St. Thomas brothers ( ) to send us plane tickets to we can sit back and enjoy the waters of the USVI.
